Both spaces comply with the accessibility conditions established in Royal Decree 173/2010 of 19 February:

• 3-seater sofa, convertible into an 80 x 1.90 m bed.
• Full bathroom with hairdryer. 1.5 m turning radius free obstacles.
• 90 cm wide lateral transfer space shower. 2% oiled floor.
• Toilet seat height of 48 cm.
• 79 cm high and 53 cm deep washbasin. Lateral transfer of 80 cm.
• Built-in wardrobe.
• Desk – Armchair – Reading chair.
• Safety box.
• Cot option free of charge.
