The quality of the Saborea Restaurant menu holds true to the wisdom of traditional “slow cooking” and good wines, and excellent raw materials.
The natural flavours offered by local season products are used by our creative professionals to present you with authentic Aragón and mountain-style cuisine.
The main product of each recipe is the star of each dish; this is why, for its cooking, our expert chefs take particular care to savour its textures and aromas, which are not overwhelmed by our select side-dishes and sauces.
